How do I find this HBR Harvard Business Review article?

Please search for Harvard Business Review (HBR) articles and case studies by connecting first to the SF State subscription to the Ebsco Business Source Ultimate (BSU) database (click on Go to Database).
After you connect to Ebsco BSU, enter a search similar to the examples below. Be sure to put the journal name in quotation marks as shown. If you are looking for a certain article, include some words from the title and/or the last name of the author. Be sure to look at the whole list of results - your article might appear down the page a bit.
Note: pasting in a full citation does not always work smoothly.
