Q. What does “No Equipment Record” mean on computer workstations?
You will see the message “No Equipment Record” if a computer workstation is in deep hibernation mode and unable to report itself to the management console. To resolve this issue and resume computer operation, press any key on the keyboard or move the mouse. If the computer does not wake from sleep or hibernate mode, restart the computer. As the computer is rebooting, do not click when you see the Windows desktop -- please wait until you see the PCReservation login page appear.
